In this workshop, we will go over the characteristics of the most important grape in Tuscany: Sangiovese. Tasting our most renowned wines like Brunello, Nobile, Chianti Classico, and more, we will explore the specific traits of each wine, including aging potential, pairing options, aroma development, and renowned producers.
We will also go over some the history of the region and the development of this great wines.
